• We were in  the Sun we were in Jamaica so we were just talking about some of the fun places that.
• we cross paths so for those of you who are probably wondering why I’m wearing a hat I’m actually on my way out to fly.
• Another dental meeting so I thought I would kind of show off some of my dental front-office rock star logo stuff that.
• I have if anyone’s interested  in being a dental for an office rock star but sorry for the casual casual look but I thought.

It would be most important to get this webinar going and try to reschedule it so what we’re going to talk about today is we’re going to talk about the report section in People Soft because we want to break down each section in Eagle soft and reports isn’t really fun or sexy or exciting but it’s  something that you need to understand because there’s a lot of data.

That you can pull from eagle soft phone report so what we’re going to do is I’m going to kind of go over with you what we’re going to talk about today and then I will pass it over to Andre he’s going to pull up a report screen.

portable waterpik number six I’m gonna go ahead and plan out to do a multi code of a buildup and a crown on tooth number nine portable waterpik I’m gonna plan to do an abutment for the implant and an implant crown so I find that under fixed and removable prosthetics here’s our implant abutment and our implant crown and on tooth number twelve we’re gonna start from scratch.

There and do the whole implant process ourselves so under my multi code menu and you know find my implant with abutment and crown and just select the space where tooth number twelve or where the implant would be if you look at the bottom half of the screen you can see that we have a pretty healthy treatment plan going at this point.

You can also see the patient has a maximum of $, for the year through MetLife so we need to really prioritize what procedures we’re gonna start with in order to maximize the patient’s insurance another thing that’s really handy here is you do actually get a little note sheet that gives you.

Plan because tooth number six is cracked I’m gonna go ahead and start there so in the bottom section of the screen I’m gonna hold my ctrl button down and select the crown and the build up and put that as appointment number one all I have to do to do that is type a on my keyboard after I select the items I want appointment number two.

We’re gonna go ahead and seek the crown but we’re also going to take an impression for the abutment and the implant crown on tooth number nine so I hold my control button select all the items I want and then type a what’s really nice about our system is you can actually pull up different reports and items that you need from multiple screens so.

Instead of generating the patient’s treatment estimate from the schedule I can actually go to my options menu and pull up the patient’s treatment estimate right from here if you take a look at the patient’s treatment estimate you will notice that our system will automatically calculate based on the fee schedules you plug in and the insurance data on.

Plaque removal existing patient is this little person icon when the patient actually comes in this little person is flagging you that Plaque removal they need to get registered in the system all we have to do is select their patient appointment and in the options menu click the option that says create.

The patient file with the same little person icon once I select that it’s gonna open up my patient information screen where I can go ahead and fill in the rest of the pertinent data for the patient let’s say George is coming in today for an exam but he doesn’t need a cleaning yet for a few months our system will actually allow you to put in his cleaning.

Frequency and manually set his next recall date since we don’t have any history yet in the system prompting us to call him this allows us to close the gap to make sure our new patients don’t fall through the cracks and getting rescheduled for their recall on the patient information screen as well you do have a space to customize your referral.

Sources and are able to run specific reports to track what marketing resources are paying off for you you’re thinking your patient and provider referrals appropriately at the top of the screen we have a number of different tabs listed here all of which contain different information I’m gonna go ahead to insurance info and we have a space here for primary insurance information and secondary insurance information if they don’t have.

Any insurance it’s simple just leave it blank if they do have primary insurance you’re able to choose who the subscriber is of the insurance plan and what their relationship is to the patient if it’s the patient themselves just choose self and then under the insurance section you’re able to search for a particular company that you’ll need to use and verify.

The group number if I don’t see the plan I’m looking for I’m just gonna click the little magnifying glass to open up my master list of plans maybe do a more in-depth search by group number or any other customized filter that you’d like to use and if you don’t find the plan here still you are able to use one of the plans in your system and make a quick copy of it and change whatever parameters are necessary for this patients insurance.

Plan for example in this screen I’m gonna go ahead and change the group name to Kellogg’s plug in a group number for the patient and just verify and edit the frequencies and limitations of their insurance plan as needed in the coverage tab you’re able to change.

Your previous screens for quick and easy navigation generally as a front office person I would like to work from the scheduler so we’re gonna go ahead and start there and open the scheduleby clicking on scheduler you can customize the schedule screen and have as.

Many or as few columns on the scheduler as you’d like and you can also look at the schedule in a daily view a weekly view or even a monthly view no matter what view you’re on it’s super simple to send out email reminders to your patients about their.

Upcoming appointment simply right-click on the day that you’d like to send an email for and click send email reminder for all the appointments in this view it’ll create a list for you on the fly so you can see how many patients you’re gonna be sending emails to and deselect any one that’s appropriate and go ahead and click the send button you’re also .

Able to send in Vigil emails to patients just by selecting the appointment first and then right-clicking on their appointment and selecting send email reminder for this appointment aside from sending an email reminder to your patients about their.

Appointments you’re also able to send a free email out to your patients that they are due for their hygiene appointment and it’s time for them to get scheduled just with a couple of clicks gent max does offer automated texting as well now to do.
